Award for the best poster/oral presentation in the field of Malignant Pleural Mesothelioma

Buzzi Unicem Foundation has long been involved in supporting research projects aimed at the diagnosis and treatment of Malignant Pleural Mesothelioma (MPM).
Pursuing this mission, it has decided to also pay greater attention to young researchers working in this area.
In this regard, it has established funding for young researchers who will present a study within the MPM: the best research project will be awarded during the 64th Congress of the Italian Cancer Society, which will be held in Milan from 25 to 27 September 2024 .
The form must be sent, with the relevant attachments required by the announcement, to the SIC Secretariat via email (sic@associazionetumori.mi.it) by 15 May 2024.

From this year, in addition to the two prizes of two thousand euros each for the best abstract on MPM, Fondazione Buzzi Unicem will offer overnight accommodation for the entire duration of the SIC congress to the young researchers who won the prize.
